Do you feel psychologically safe on your team?

Psychological safety often looks different depending on where you work:
Can you speak up about concerns directly to leadership? Can you openly learn from failures rather than fearing blame? Are unique backgrounds and diverse perspectives genuinely valued on your team?

I am currently conducting research on cross-cultural organizational dynamics—specifically examining psychological safety in US-based vs. Taiwan-based/multinational organizations.

The goal is to uncover what truly enables or hinders employees from speaking up, taking risks, and innovating in modern workplaces.
