Frontline Leadership Development Program
Developing today's leaders to shape the culture of tomorrow.
The Program
From technical operator to leader of people
Frontline leaders are promoted for technical excellence — then asked to lead people with little preparation for the interpersonal demands of the role. The Frontline Leadership Development Program is a cohort-based initiative built to close that gap, moving technically excellent operators from peer-level roles into confident, capable leaders of people.
Core Objectives
What the program builds
- Identity Transition — Support the shift from peer to leader by clarifying identity, values, and expectations.
- Competency Development — Build skills in communication, delegation, coaching, and conflict management.
- Culture Building — Establish trust and psychological safety through emotional intelligence.
- Operational Effectiveness — Sharpen day-to-day leadership within fast-paced, mission-driven environments.
- Scalability — Blend in-person sessions, peer coaching, and applied practice.
Program Curriculum
Three phases of growth
Phase 1
Leading Self
Values-based leadership, DiSC assessment, building trust with former peers.
Phase 2
Leading Others
Delegation, time management, communication and influence, coaching skills.
Phase 3
Building Teams
Conflict management via DiSC, sustaining high-performing teams, action planning.
If the program disappeared tomorrow, the one thing I wouldn't want to lose is DiSC. It completely changed how I work with people.
