By the end, participants will be able to

- Distinguish Driver, Expressive, Amiable, and Analytical communication styles and flex their own approach.
- Apply five active-listening techniques to deepen engagement and trust.
- Use the Trust Triangle (Authenticity, Logic, Empathy) to diagnose and strengthen trust with their team.
- Lead difficult conversations with emotional intelligence and self-awareness.
